WHO WE ARE
Ezekiel Community Development Corporation / HOPE (“Ezekiel / HOPE”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to training men and women in the skilled trades to help prepare them for well-paying jobs in industries in dire need of workers. Program participants receive on-the-job training by rehabbing blighted homes which are, in turn, sold to first-time homeowners.

FEATURING
LeSean
WHITE
LeSean White was 21 years old and serving his third term in prison, when he had a ‘come to Jesus moment.’ He knew he had to make a change.
“I saw myself going down the same path as my uncles and cousins and I didn’t want to do that. I wanted to do better,” he said.
And he did better than better. Today, LeSean is an entrepreneur—splitting his time between Arizona and Milwaukee. As one of Jim Gaillard’s first proteges, in addition to becoming a licensed electrician, LeSean acquired his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and now owns MUDD Enterprises, a trucking company based in Arizona, and MUDD Bros. Realty Group, where he rehabs and resells homes in Arizona and Wisconsin.
